How Diggit Works
What does Diggit actually do?+
Diggit turns Reddit conversations into pipeline. You give it your website; it learns what you sell, monitors the subreddits where your buyers hang out, and surfaces posts where someone is actively describing the problem you solve. For each match it drafts a helpful reply - you review it and post it yourself.
How does Diggit learn my business?+
Paste your website URL and Diggit analyzes it in about 60 seconds to build a profile: what you sell, who it's for, and the pain points you solve. You can review and edit that profile anytime, so if it misreads anything you correct it in a click and matching sharpens immediately.
How does Diggit choose my subreddits - and can I change them?+
From your business profile, Diggit suggests the subreddits where your buyers are most active, ranked by relevance. You stay in control: add or remove communities anytime from your dashboard, up to your plan's limit (Starter: 4, Growth: 8, Pro: 8 per profile).
How is Diggit different from F5Bot or Google Alerts?+
Keyword tools match strings. Track 'CRM' and you'll get every mention - relevant or not. Diggit matches intent: it reads each post against your business profile and surfaces only the ones where someone is actively describing the problem you solve, filtering out the noise keyword alerts can't avoid.
What counts as a high-intent match?+
Every post is scored for real buying intent, not just keyword overlap. Only posts above a high confidence bar reach your feed, and you can filter to 70%+ or 85%+ to tighten it further. The result is a feed of opportunities worth acting on, not a firehose of mentions.
Replies & Compliance
What are AI-drafted replies, and how are they counted?+
When a match is worth answering, Diggit drafts a helpful, on-brand reply for it. Your monthly quota is shared across all profiles - 100 on Starter, 250 on Growth, 500 on Pro - so you spend credits wherever they matter most. Finding matches is always unlimited.
Does Diggit post to Reddit for me?+
No - and in 2026 that's the whole game. Reddit now removes ~100,000 bot accounts a day, labels approved automation with an [App] tag, and asks suspicious accounts to prove a human is behind them. Auto-posting tools are exactly what it hunts. Diggit drafts the reply; you review it, make it yours, and post it from your own account - so every reply reads as genuinely human, because it is.
Is this compliant with Reddit's Terms of Service?+
Yes - by design. Diggit is read-only: it never posts, votes, or DMs for you, and never stores your Reddit credentials. Reddit's 2026 policy draws the line explicitly: automated posting gets banned, while a real person using AI to help write - posting from their own account - is allowed. That's exactly Diggit's model: public data in, human-sent replies out.
Will Diggit tell me a subreddit’s rules before I reply?+
Yes. Every subreddit has its own rules - most restrict self-promotion, and many now ban AI-written content outright. Diggit fetches each community's rules automatically and shows them at the moment you're about to reply, flagging self-promo and AI-content restrictions with the full rules one click away, so you can rewrite in your own voice and lead with help before you post. To be clear about what that is and isn't: it's information, not protection. Moderation is Reddit's call and each community's, you write and send the final message yourself, and no tool - ours included - can guarantee your account won't be actioned.
How often does Diggit check Reddit for new matches?+
Every 30 minutes on Starter, every 15 minutes on Growth, and every 5 minutes on Pro. Reddit posts stay open to replies for hours or days, so a thoughtful reply within the first hour reads as helpful, not like an instant bot. A steady cadence also lets Diggit weigh each post for real intent instead of firing off noisy real-time alerts.
Plans, Pricing & Billing
